The Hungarian Boxing Association seeking applicants for the position of “Hungarian national team coach”.
Scope of applicants:
Within the framework of this call for tenders, all individuals who feel a commitment to the flourishing of Hungarian boxing sports are eligible to apply.
The job includes:
- Assessment of the sports professional resources of the association.
- Advice on the appointment of sports professionals and other staff working with the national team.
- Supervision of the professional preparation of the Hungarian national team. (preparation and supervision of professional programs, training camps and successful participation in competitions)
- He regularly reports to the HBA management on the professional work of the selected team.
- Participation in planning tasks related to the management of the association. In order to carry out the task professionally, close cooperation with the association’s vice-president of sports development.
- Professional preparation for the board meetings.
- Organization and coordination of the implementation of the decisions of the presidency in the field of the implementation of the professional programs adopted by the presidency.
- Coordinating operational organizational tasks necessary for the operation of the selected team, maintaining active contact with colleagues closely related to the performance of the task.
- Preparation of the national team’s competition calendar for the approval of professional sports managers, and then its continuous supervision.
- Completion of other tasks assigned by the president and vice-president of sports development.
- Management of the implementation of state-supported replenishment programs.
The application conditions:
a minimum of 10 years of professional management experience in boxing, higher relevant education and diploma, language skills, negative criminal record; category B driver’s license.
When evaluating the application, it is an advantage :
Experience in applying for sport-related funding.
